Vero Studio provides premium website design and development, Shopify store builds, AI product and lifestyle visuals, video ad creatives, and brand visual systems, as agreed with each client before a project begins.

Every project starts with an agreed scope covering deliverables, pages, or creative assets. Work outside this scope (additional pages, extra revisions beyond what's agreed, new features) is treated as a separate request and quoted separately.

Projects typically require an advance payment to begin work, with the balance due before final handover or on agreed milestones. Exact payment terms are confirmed with each client before starting.

Each package includes a reasonable number of revision rounds, agreed at the start of the project. Additional revision rounds beyond this can be arranged for an extra fee.

We aim to deliver most website projects within the timeframe agreed at kickoff (typically 3–4 working days for standard scopes). Delivery timelines depend on the client providing requested content, feedback, and approvals promptly.

Clients are responsible for providing timely feedback, necessary content (text, logos, images, product information), and approvals needed to keep the project on schedule.

If a project is delayed due to late client feedback, missing content, or unresponsiveness for an extended period, timelines will shift accordingly and are no longer guaranteed at the original schedule.

Advance payments cover work already committed (design time, planning, and resource allocation) and are non-refundable once work has begun. If a project is cancelled before any work has started, any advance paid may be refunded at our discretion, minus any costs already incurred.

Once a project is paid in full, ownership of the final approved deliverables (website code, designs, creative assets) transfers to the client. Vero Studio may retain the right to showcase completed work in its own portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Projects may rely on third-party platforms and tools (e.g. Shopify, hosting providers, AI generation tools, Calendly, WhatsApp). Vero Studio is not responsible for outages, pricing changes, or policy changes made by these third parties.

A short post-launch support window is included with most projects to fix any bugs related to the original build. Ongoing maintenance, content updates, or new features beyond this window can be arranged separately.

Vero Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of delivered websites, creative assets, or third-party integrations. Our total liability for any project is limited to the amount paid for that project.
